The D3.1: Strategy and Guidelines for Set Up Local Co-Creation Labs outlines the approach and framework for establishing local co-creation labs as Communities of Practice (CoPs) within the BioGov.net project.

The primary goal is to support the innovative governance model in bioeconomy training and skills development by engaging diverse stakeholders across eight European regions. These CoPs are designed to foster collaboration, inclusivity, and active participation from various bioeconomy actors, including marginalized groups, through structured activities like co-creation workshops, and policy workshops. The document details the guidelines for stakeholder engagement, the structure of the CoPs, and the methodologies for ensuring effective and inclusive co-creation processes.
